The photos tell the real story. After an accident, this State Farm customer filed a claim with the insurance company to have repairs made. State Farm insisted that he was only entitled to a used junk yard suspension assembly. The body shop warned him that the parts were no good and were unsafe. He was advised by the body shop to get a guarantee, in writing, from State Farm. Following this advice, the customer contacted State Farm and requested a guarentee in writing. Believe it or not, he actually received one!
To date, State Farm has refused to replace these unsafe parts with safe ones. To make matters worse, State Farm refuses to replace the cut ABS wire and cut brake line – lines that were severely damaged because of the accident.
